# Panel overview

> The web panel at masterskills.dev — visibility and administration, not daily driving.

The panel is where organizations are administered and where you get visibility into what the CLI and agents are doing. Day-to-day skill work — search, install, publish, update — happens through your agent; the panel is for everything that benefits from a screen.

## Switching organizations

If you belong to several organizations, the workspace switcher in the sidebar sets which one the panel shows. CLI catalogs always span all your memberships regardless.

## What the panel deliberately doesn't have

There is **no upload form**. Publishing goes through the CLI's approval-gated pipeline — from your agent or your terminal — so the manifest review and secret scan can never be skipped. The panel's publish page explains that flow rather than bypassing it.
