The Members page is the organization’s people surface. Members can see it; managing it is admin work. The full role model is described in Organizations & roles.

The member list

Everyone in the organization with their role — one owner, any number of admins, and members. Admins can change roles, and remove members; removing an admin is owner-only. Removing someone (or someone leaving) revokes their devices for this organization. One link onboards the team, managed here (admin+):
  • Set or change the email domain in place — matching emails join instantly, everyone else falls into the pending queue. The link itself doesn’t change.
  • Rotate the link when it leaks — a deliberate, confirmed action; the old link dies instantly.
  • Joins are rate-limited to 50 per organization per day.

Pending requests

Joins that don’t clear the domain bypass land here as pending. A pending request has no access of any kind — no catalog, no installs — until an admin approves it. Approve or decline from this page; both are audited.
