Removes the skill from the central store and deletes its links from every agent’s skills directory. Local only — the skill remains published in the registry and installed on other machines. Typical use: cleaning up after an org archived a skill (it shows up under removed in update --check), or dropping something you no longer need.
For agents: removal is a disk write — confirm with the user first, like every other one.
Retiring a skill for the whole organization is a different command: masterskills unpublish.
