The three groups

A check reports every kind of drift between this machine and the registry:

`updates`	Newer versions of installed skills	`masterskills update`
`newRequired`	Org-required skills missing from this machine	`masterskills add` — after user consent
`removed`	Skills the org archived, still installed locally	`masterskills remove` — after user consent

Applying an update rewrites the skill in the central store, which refreshes every agent at once; downloads are hash-verified like installs. The check also reports this machine’s installed skills to the registry, keeping panel install counts and the device’s last-seen time accurate (see sync).
