Archives the skill org-wide: it leaves the catalog and stops being installable. Devices that still have it installed learn on their next update check and are offered the local removal — nothing is deleted from anyone’s machine without their consent.

Notes

Deliberately not an agent action. The MasterSkills skill does not teach agents this command — removing something from the whole team is a call a human makes, in the terminal or in the panel.
Archiving is idempotent and audited.
It archives the skill, not a version — for pulling a single bad version, yank it from the skill’s panel page instead.
